Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the jewelry in its original branded packaging and protective pouch to ensure it arrives back to us in perfect condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return mailer.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
